Possible - Steam shows only around 350 people playing it, so it's doubtful we'd get any public in, unless they're lost.
Black Ops II -last one before we got all the wallrunning and the ability to jump over tall buildings nonsense in later games- has around 1200.
No server, but custom games allows bots.
(I can still remember the "Fanny batter system" tannoy announcement on the Dam map).

Okay, Black Ops 1 server set up: Server Name: TR Black Ops Server IP: 173.199.76.233:3084 No password (Ranked) I have the Steam rcon tool running, so can change game types, but the map rotation for each game type is pre-set. I'm able to kick annoying players, so watch your step. We need a minimum of 4 people to start some game types. I'll can change the server to unranked (passworded) if we prefer, but we'll need enough TR people to fly that kite.

I think we used Alter-Rcon tool for Black Ops 1.
