New Nvidia drivers out - also check for Windows update.

LA and I poked around at the options a bit and then I mustered on and played a bit of single player. The net result of that is I need to fiddle with options some more cos it all makes me a little motion sick. I suspect graphics tweaking should fix it.

Anyone found out how to get hardcore modes?

What's the verdict on game play?

Well it Battlefield and its softcore, well its is for us we die really fast and slow to kill them

BUT it is better than WW II in my mind .

I've been playing most nights and on the whole I look forward in a day to coming in.
(not played much for a couple of days but that's due to stuff in the way)

It's the first game in a long time to have so many of us in TS. Wheee.

The game is Very pretty and on the whole it doesn't seem overly laggy or buggy. There is a definite scarcity of free servers. So sometimes it's an effort to get everyone in.

But the proof being in the pudding I have at no time preferred the idea of going back to the sledgehammer game.

Oh, and it's BF so the snipers are pains in the arse and our Scandanavian friends fly far too well.

Well I probably won't be playing tonight. Patch is out. 10.41Gb (It started off showing 17gb but I think that's a sort of file check). Still 10gb is about 8 hours for me. We''ll see.

Double feck.

But as La points out, having more recent BF1 experience, it can take a few patches for such things.

And as a plus I’m not aware the latest patch actually broke anything. Which is sort of outstanding in a 9gb patch.
